- 2.1 1) In the mobile app, click on the “bug” icon on the top right of the mobile dashboard.
- 2.2 2) A menu will open that contains several options. Here you can create screen recordings and screenshots identifying the problem and send them directly to Nobel. Once the issue is fixed, we will contact you directly through a chat on the mobile app.
