We’re happy to announce the latest update to GeoViewer! Now you can submit feedback or report bugs easier through the GeoViewer Mobile app or on GeoViewer Desktop. Watch the video to see how it works or follow the instructions below:
Here’s how to use the Customer Feedback Option
On a Web browser: 1) Log on at https://new.geoviewer.io. Click on the top right 3 dots:
2) A menu will pop up. Click “Report a Problem:”
3) Clicking “Report a Problem” will open up the Geoviewer Support Portal where you can submit a ticket:
On the Geoviewer Mobile App
1) In the mobile app, click on the “bug” icon on the top right of the mobile dashboard.
2) A menu will open that contains several options. Here you can create screen recordings and screenshots identifying the problem and send them directly to Nobel. Once the issue is fixed, we will contact you directly through a chat on the mobile app.
