The City of Gardena, California, has selected Nobel Systems cloud-based GeoViewer Online application to streamline day-to-day GIS functionality and planning management, analysis, and reporting.

Using GeoViewer Online, the city will be able to better manage its GIS data. Also, the cloud-sourced GeoViewer platform enables city staff to access the browser-based GIS system for analysis citywide.
Under this contract with Nobel Systems, the City of Gardena will use the GeoViewer SaaS-based system to maintain the city’s existing data and provide data for parcels, city boundaries, street names, and zoning.
GeoViewer’s secure cloud-based software also provides Gardena city staff access to department spatial datasets, Google Map imagery, Google Street View, and local government geospatial data.
The City of Gardena is located in Los Angeles County, with a population of more than 58,500. The city has experienced rapid growth in the commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
